I bought a chamber from TurnTex for several reasons:

Chambers are made with care. The quality that other users state is true. These things are made excellently. They are sturdy, work great, and easy to setup.

Curtis’ reputation on International Association of Penturners.org is huge. I have read several forums on stabilization and he is everywhere, with helping in all forums from years back. 

Its a small business... although, I live in California, I try and support ALL small businesses. 

Quality in a person and product is always a solid card to play.

The vacuum chamber worked immediately out of the box. The shipping was lightning fast. I highly recommend TurnTex products.

I have used Cactus Stabilizing Juice for several years. I have always had good results even with my first try's. I purchase it directly from TurnTex, two reasons, price point is good, secondly, service is outstanding!! For example, my last order I placed after lunch and by late afternoon my order was already in UPS hands. Wow! Look no further if you want a good wood stabilizer, TurnTex is were to go.

Im very happy with my purchase of cactus juice resin and dies. I just stabilized my first batch of wood a couple days ago and couldn't be happier. Just wish I would have got a glass lid vacuum chamber because mine actually cracked during the vacuum process. I would definitely recommend cactus juice to anyone getting into stabalizing. Great product and great customer service and it showed up a day early too. 

Curtis once again impresses me with his quality of service. I placed and order for some Alumalite slow and pigments and had them all on the 4th day. I wish all companies had his dedication to his customers. Thanks Curtis

After a melt down and a call to Turn Tex not expecting nothing but a chance to vent . Well without going into details , let me say that after a 15, 20 minute conversation not only did they make me a bit more educated , a whole bunch more happy , when I got off the phone I had the feeling that I had just ended a conversation with a new friend.   I am a happy camper.  Les Garbis, Big Island Hawaii  

I received some Stabilizing dyes as a gift - some of them were colors I could not use. I contacted Curtis and asked if I could exchange the dyes for things I can use, and he replied to my note at 10:30 on a Saturday night saying "Absolutely"!. 

I returned the dyes, Curtis promptly issued a credit, which I used immediately to order more Cactus Juice. Within a couple hours of placing my order, I received notice that my order had shipped, and the Cactus Juice was delivered 2 days sooner than the projected date. 

I am really happy to do business with someone who really looks out for the customer - I look forward to doing business for a very long time!

I just started to stabilize my own wood, so I had better quality control of what went into my projects. And the freedom to better control colors of what was produced. From my first order service and shipping was same day, and got over to Houston the next. Cactus Juice and the Pigments that Turn Tex sells are of great quality, and the products work as stated. It is also a plus to help a fellow Texan and a small family owned and operated business.

I have spent many years in businesses where good customer service is of the utmost importance.  Therefore is easy for me to spot businesses that provide excellent service and also recognize those that don't.  I do not believe I have ever seen a business that takes better care of their customers than TurnTex.

I dare you to find another business that has quicker shipping, a higher quality product, or service after the sale that even comes close to what they provide. I have seen Curtis bend over backwards to see to it that each and every customer is fully satisfied.

Placed order online and received order within two days. Product is everything Curtis claims. I work with lots of worthless wood in bowl turning and I get in trouble anytime I try to cast resins without first stabilizing with Cactus Juice first. It's worth every penny to save time and effort when casting wood in resins.

Very informative and friendly. Faster turn around time than expected. All products have met or exceeded my expectations. 

I have really enjoyed the couple of times I have talked to you. I am having success with all the wood that I stain and stabalize. But I xant get the midnight blue to soak up. I have left it under vacuum for 2 or more days amd then soaked up to a week. And the color just doesn't soak in. I have used the black and the teal amd clear with success. But the blue is just kicking my butt. Hoping to finally meet you in person at the meet in LA this year. But anyone thatbask me about how to get started i just plug in your website and tell them to ask the master.

 Products are easy to use and work great.  Check out the video on each product.  Wonderful customer service.  I've been a customer for 5+years. I do both stabilizing and casting. Wish I had known about this stuff 20 years ago.  Would have saved me a small fortune in knife handle metal.  You can make handles with about anything you can get dry and into the pot or mold. 

Exactly as described and amazing all around. The juice proof chamber is amazing and well made. The pump save is a great investment, and cactus juice is a wonderful stabilizing medium.

I bought vacuum chamber and cactus juice. I am starting off with pen blanks and bottle stops. I stabilized different types of woods and bonded well with Aluminite resin. I love the results. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Great service as always, packaged very well and shipped ever so promptly. Always answers any question in a very timely manner. Loyal customer here for many years to come.
