I ordered a quart of Cactus Juice resin to stabilize some burl and black palm, and within 24 hours it had shipped, and it arrived incredibly fast. Besides being the manufacturer of Cactus Juice, they are also the cheapest supplier that I could find. After receiving the easy-to-use bottle, I was also able to contact TurnText to receive insightful advice to help in my stabilization. I'd definitely recommend buying some from them!

Everytime I order something from Turntex I get a great product and great customer service. My last order was for a vacuum chamber. It took a bit longer to get it than I expected but Curtis explained that he was a bit behind due to personal family issues. I respect a man who puts his family first. His products are the best on the market. Curtis provides endless support to the stabilizing community through participation in facebook groups and gives the best advice even if it does not lead to a sale.

How a company does business says a lot about the integrity of its ownership.  Having dealt with TurnTex over the last several years and most recently within the last month I can unequivocally vouch for their Superior Product Quality and Customer Service. Curtis and his staff are very helpful and quiding.  More so, they are nice, honest people that readily deserve your business.

I am new to stabilizing wood and need as much data as I can get to dive into this new phase of wood turning. I found Curtis to be a wealth of information. He is very generous with his time and knowledge. I am glad I contacted him and am looking forward to processing my first batch of stabilized blanks. I have a bunch of wood that looks like it will be fantastic But it is in need of stabilization to become a high quality pen. TurnTex is easy to do business with and they have a stellar reputation among wood turners.

I feel like Cactus juice is the best stabilizing resin on the market. It consistently achieves the best best results. Turn tex also goes above and beyond to answer any questions. Top not customer service.

i just got time to open shipment from you surprised to find that the jug of part B was not as full as part A poured out part A till jug was same level as part B surprised that there was about 250 grams less in part B jug no spillage in shipment so the jug was not filled at your end very disappointed because this will short me at the end of the jugs cant be that much of a weight different between part A and part B

My comment:  Alumilite Clear is sold by weight, not volume.  You ordered an 8# kit which is 4# of A and 4# of B as stated in the description.  Part B of Alumilite has a higher specific gravity and, as such, will have less in the bottle.  This is why Alumilite Clear is ONLY to be mixed by weight and not volume.  I guarantee the bottle was filled properly and that you will end up with just the right amount when you finish the jugs!

I've ordered a few times and have always had quick response and great service.  The web site have a great resource section that shows Curtis is very willing to share his knowledge and experience.

Ordered 2 gallons of Cactus Juice and 2 Dyes.  Shipment arrived in time as stated and was package very well.  I know that I can purchase from TurnTex with confidence knowing I will receive what I ordered, and if there are any issues Curtis will always makes good on his word.  What more could you ask for.  I still have another preorder that I am waiting on, and to me it is worth the wait.

I got the 6” chamber with the stability ring.  It is a first class piece  equipment. It is completely idiot proof, even I can operate it.  Simply plug it in and you’re in business.  Curtis is great to work with.

Cactus Juice works as advertised.  With the recent increase in price, I considered using an alternate, but I stuck with what I am familiar with and know works.  Should there be more pricing increases, I may give other products a try.

Once again my order was shipped the same day and packaged appropriately!

I am a hobbiest woodturner and a newbie to stabilizing wood. Curtis’s website with all the on-target technical support articles has proved to be very valuable. He answered several questions before I even ordered from him. Excellent pre-sales support.

The chamber itself is very well made. It is obvious he cares about delivering a quality product. The chamber and pump saver were well packed and delivered on time. It achieved full vacuum immediately with no leaks or other issues. I followed his easy to understand instructions to stabilize my first 16 blanks in four batches. All turned out extremely well. Stabalized spalted maple is a treat to turn. It cuts very nicely because all the wood fibers are better supported.

 I had a small issue with the vacuum gauge which Curtis addressed the day I reported it. Excellent post-sales support.

All in all a very positive experience.

I ordered the 6x16'' complete chamber and a couple gallons of Cactus Juice, I have read everything on TurnTex.com and watched Youtube videos from NV Woodwerks. I have finally been able to do several runs of stabilizing and dying. Like Curtis O. Seebeck explains, soaking IS one of the most important keys to getting good results, I love this system and will be buying a second one soon. This is the best on the market in my opinion. Thanks for a great product.

The Cactus juice very easy to use. Clean up is awesome (soap & water)  

I made a vacuum stabilizing chamber from a large Mason jar and used vacuum pump.  Worked well for a few years.  Decided to upgrade with new pump and chamber fro Turn Tex.  This is a well built device and worth the wait.  Thank you for the good products and service.

I was worried they might consider it Hazmat and charge additional fees.  But there were no problems at all shipping internationally.  I will definitely be ordering more!
