I have been ordering products from Turntex for years. I recently made my largest purchase with an 8x18 Stabilizing Vacuum Chamber. I was very impressed with the quality and durability of the vacuum chamber. I am sure it will work very well for many years to come.

Very pleased with the custom chamber that I purchased through turntex.  This is going to save me quite a bit of time and is worth paying the extra money.  The new formula is much easier to work with and is a noticeable difference in less bubbling and bleed out.  One of the great aspects about this company is the customer service.  You literally can talk to the owner of the company and he will take the time to answer your questions and address your concerns.

Im a big user of cactus juice. The last 4 gallon order was the new improved less foaming juice. Curtis you the man. 

Super-happy with the "new" Cactus Juice formula. No foaming at all, just a rolling boil, and it's nearly clear as water! If you haven't tried it yet, then why are you waiting?!?

The cactus Curtis has works perfect every time . I a little over a year I've gone through 12-16 gallons and never an issue . I did buy a breville toaster oven which gives the exact temp for curing every time . And I'm on my second order of casting resin now with great results . My only problem I have is I hate to sell a lot of the burls and high figured woods I've stabilized and the hybrids with the casting resins . Curtis will always take the time to answer any questions and you always feel welcome . Thanks Alan

I've bought several products over the years from TurnTex, but just recently learned that they handled larger quantities of Alumilite Clear. I had an issue with Alumilite when I wanted some special packaging.  They told me it might take as much as 2 weeks to get it approved.  I really didn't want to wait that long.  I mentioned that to a friend, and he told me about Turntex handling larger quantities.  So I placed my order with Turntex the next day.  

Now the "Better Service" part.  When I placed my order, I accidentally selected the wrong product.  I ordered regular Alumilite clear when I really wanted the slow version.  I didn't notice my mistake till the next day, and they changed my order no questions asked. And this was also the day is shipped.  Try that will a bigger company.

I ordered a chamber 8 X 30, it was packaged very well for shipping and received without any damage despite the obvious  abuse it took during shipping, the outside of the carton looked like they dragged it behind the truck from Texas to California. I am very happy with the quality of the chamber and suspect I will get many years of use from it. 

I've been using Cactus Juice and dyes for a couple of years now with great results. They are easy to use, clean up, and those colors pop! Thanks for the awesome products and great customer service as well.

I am 100 percent behind Curtis and TurnTex! I have a few other chambers I purchased from BVV and they are total junk. With less them 6 mo. of service their chambers started cracking. They claim the damage was a manufacturer's warranty defect which has a 30 day warranty, I was under the impression they had a 2 year warranty! Eventually they claimed it was "crazing" cause by prolong contact Cactus Juice.... funny how it just "crazed in part of the chamber and not every part that was in contact.....

Sorry Curtis for venting, I do have TurnTex chambers and have no problems with them at all. They look like the day I bought them. I will only buy from Curtis in the future!

Had some Cactus Juice that had lost its efficacy and contacted Curtis (was over a year mixed) Told me how to test it and found that, yes, it was not viable. Curtis sent me a link to order new catalyst. Arrived three days later and worked like a dream.

I am not a big user of Catus Juice, only have used three gallons over the past two years, so ordering is not an automatic thing. I have price shoped each time as well as read reviews for each company and product. TurnTex has always been competitivly priced and gets reviews that are 4 and 5 star. When I have placed an order, the product is immediately shipped. 5 star. Product is packeged well. 5 star. Product works as represented. 5 star. TurnTex is concerned with customer satisfaction. 5 star. If you’re looking for a stabilizer, Catus Juice and TurnTex is the way to go.

As always myorder was shipped immediately, and the Alumilite worked perfectly for casting my knife handles. I will probably never use anything else, if it's not broke don't fix it. I prefer to buy from the individual companies. Thank you very much Off Center Forge

Love the product, i have used ot on several projects. Use it on several rotten oak burl project and it made the wood so much easier to work with. And the plus side I don’t have to. Worry about the wood ever cracking. Would highly recommend this product.

The products and service are top notch. I've been using cactus juice for several years and it is amazing stuff. I use their dyes also and run about 8 of the colors in their own gallon. And of course I use a ton of the cactus juice in the natural state.  I primarily use cactus juice for knife handles usually burl maple. 

When ever I have a question about the process or my equipment Curtis is quick to help me out. Follow his steps and you willalw superior products.

I’ve been using Turntex equipment and juice in my knife making shop for just over 2 years now.  I highly recommend Turntex if you want to make your own knife handles - in Hawaii I do lots of palm and koa woods harvested locally as well as other hardwoods I purchase on the mainland.   Fantastic outcomes for wood knife handles that are subjected to heat/humidity - no wood movement in stabilized handles.  

Always purchase my resin and dye from here. Great service every time and all the time. Fast delivery and great communication.

Really like both the Cactus Juice and Alumilite. More than anything though, I really appreciate the educational and support resources that are provided. The videos make the processes much less intimidating.  Highly recommend Turn Tex. 

Turntex has always had quick shipping and cactus juice is a great stabilizing resin for soft wood and and to prepare wood to be used with alumilite. Curtis has always answered any questions that i have had very quickly.

I have been using Cactus Juice for several years and the product is excellent.  I get great results every time and it is a relatively simple process as long as you follow the directions.  Soak time after vacuum is critical.  Just follow the information on Curtis' Help Center to answer most any question, but I've also found that Curtis is very willing to assist if I have had a unique situation.  I highly recommend Cactus Juice and also the Cactus Juice dyes that are available.

I really love the Alumilite product and I greatly appreciate the service and support from TexTurn! I use Alumilite to cast two dozen Oak burls from a very old tree in the mountains of Western New Mexico. The tree has mistletoe burls growing on most of the limbs. The grain in the burls is multi colored and very dense but few of the burls are large enough to make a bowl or vase. I remove the bark and empty the holes in the burl, then I case the burl with Alumilite. I add blue, red, or green to the Alumilite with a little pearl-ex for sparkle. I make my casting forms using a base of 3/4" plywood and then form a circle using aluminum sheeting which is hot glued into a groove turned into the plywood base. I cover the plywood base and the aluminum sheet with clear plastic packing tape so the Alumilite does not stick to the mold. The mold is made to fit the burl as close as possible to reduce the amount of Alumilite that is wasted in turning. I cast under pressure for 24 hours at 50PSI (just to be sure). After casting I hollow out the inside of the form to make a vase with walls of 1/16” to 1/8”. Next I bore a 1/2” hole in the bottom and insert a polycarbonate plug that is domed and polished. Setting the hollow form on a rotating laser turn table shoots a light through the polycarbonate plug, thus revealing the Alumilite that is captured between the remaining pieces of burl. The only caution is that the wood MUST be dry down to 7% or lower. The Alumilite burls have been a very popular sales item.

Turntex-Curtis and his employees always provide the absolute best service.  The Cactus Juice is a great product and of course the 80# Alumilite is great for us high volume casters. I had a gauge go bad on my Turntex Chamber after several years of heavy use. He replaced it very quickly. I had a JB Pump(not from him) but I asked if he had a replacement vane for it, he did and sent them to me immediately. That is service. 

I have been using Cactus Juice and dyes for stabilizing my knife scales for a couple of years now and have always had good results.  I have tried other products and found that Cactus Juice wins.....every time!  And....the customer service is awesome!  I recently seized up my brand new J&B vacuum pump (totally my fault)  and Curtiss Seebeck took the time, while on a camping trip with his family, to call me and walk me thru the process of repairing my pump....on Easter weekend!

I have been using it for a couple of months now and loving it.  I got the pump saver and the Twist Lock Stability Ring.  it was well worth spending a little more to have them.  Anytime someone asks me about stabilizing I will always tell them to get this brand and not waste there money on some other brand.  

Hi Curtis, Fantastic everything. Your shipping times and organization seem to just be getting better and better! My only teeny tiny feedback would be that quite often (25% of the time) the little shiny inner liner for the cap of the small bottle of cactus juice activator is loose or leaking or not completely sealed. Ordered resin aagin. On time and the packaging is great. I have actually had problems with other Alumilite distributers packaging methods. I have a mess a couple of times. I have had no issues with Turn Tex. Thanks.
