I have been using Cactus Juice for a few years now, and the level of customer service from Turntex is first class, I live in the Uk and Curtis has very kindly on a few occasions sourced other items and allowed me to send items to him to enable me to have these shipped to the Uk.  I have had excellent luck casting my knife handles with

Alumilite clear. I live in Oklahoma so I get my order usually in 2 days. I plan to use only Turntex for my casting  supplies. They sell great casting molds also. Five stars all the way, customer service can’t be beat.

I ordered two gallons of the new Cactus Juice formula and I like it a lot better than the older formula. I can stabilize more wood blanks with less juice bleed out, and it is a lot clear. It is a great product and i will be ordering more. Turn Tex has a very fast turnaround on shipping. Most times I order i have my products the same week. I have been very pleased with everything I have order for them.

Newbie to stabilizing and finding quite a learning curve. Blocks and blanks and enjoy adding color. Picked up the new to me purple cactus juice dye and like it. I am having best final results with the highest recommended dye to juice ratio when impregnating difficult blanks. Eager to try some of the new formula. Thanks for your products Curtis. 

I am very satisfied with the vacuum chamber I purchased. I haven’t had any issues with it and it can accommodate the long pieces of wood that I stabilized. A very fine product.

I´ve been using Cactus Juice for the last two years and will do for the rest of my life. Turn Tex products allowed me to use unknown woods in the manufacture of traditional bows. I have played with colors to create unique materials for my Patagonia Archery bows. The company's team offers excellent customer service. I´m anxious to try the new formula.

Most all our turning is a wood/ resin combination. Without Cactus Juice, it would be impossible to get the results we do. Casters Choice mica is by far my favorite. I love that the names of colors are self-explanatory, and have the perfect number of options to provide plenty of choices without being overwhelming (who needs 17 shades of blue? LoL) I could go on and on with all the items I have ordered always meeting, usually exceeding, our expectations. Shipping is always by received the day promised, usually a day early. And it's super fast and easy to chat with a human for any and every reason you can come up with. 

I decided to do all my wood stabilisation in house so purchased 3 sizes of chamber of the last couple years along with a good supply of CJ and this order I included the  TurnTex dyes  

CJ is so easy to use just add activation shake are it’s ready to go. i have just finished 40 blocks for my knives and they all turned out beautiful 

The level of service provided is exceptional i order right before Xmas and I still received everything before new year and that’s international shipping as I live in Japan. On top of that I put in several orders as I kept adding items which were all shipped together and got a refund on the shipping as they combined orders which is tops.

Got to appreciate the effort put in to get me the goods in shortest time possible too

I am definitely a CJ fan now and will not be persuaded to use anything else.

So I've tried a few of the TURNTEX products, to include the vacuum chamber, some stabilizer, dyes and such. All of them work 100% as instructed. I've made some blanks, about to try my hand with some wood shavings , metallic and dyed resin, I've come to trust their products and wouldn't look any further for others. Thanks for the tips, and products that work every time.

Have replenished my Cactus Juice and stabilized 12 pieces of spalted Tamarind for pool cues. I'm very happy with  the product and as supply demands I will be buying more...soon.

I have been trusting and using Cactus Juice and Cactus Juice chambers for years and won't use anything else.  Those who have problems, their issues can be traced back to not following directions as prescribed on the site.  I have never had an issue but then again I follow instructions - go figure.

and I can say without a doubt the products are all top notch and the service from TurnTex is above OUTSTANDING. Quick shipments are fantastic but the the ability to get quick responses to user questions is over the top in this day and age. I will definitely be ordering from TurnTex for my casting projects.

I have ordered from this company for many years.  I used to live in Ft. Worth, and started buying stabilizing resin from Douglas crafts in the beginning.  Was not happy.  Did my research on the international pen turners forum, and found out about CJ, and Alumilite. Have not turned back since then.  

I have been turning pens for about 20 yrs.  Making my own acrylic blanks for ten.  They new dyes, and they mika powders are great.

Cannot say enough about the service, and the help this company does.

I do a small amount of casting and wish to explore different color combinations. Best pigment selection that I have found.

I use wood stabilization only occasionally but when I need it Turn Tex is where I go for the Cactus Juice. I always stabilize with cactus juice on my hybrid woodturnings before I add alumilite to my pieces. Turntex always ships my order quickly and Curtis always replies to any questions that i have had.

For a number of years now I have operated a small craft show business.  It's not really a money maker.  Just something to stay busy with in retirement and get out of the house with.

From time to time I purchase Cactus juice as needed to do some of the crafts I sell.  It's never more than once a year or maybe a bit longer.  I keep returning to this company because the turn around time from placing the order to receiving is really quick.  Also, the product is always good with never having had problems with shelf life.

If you find yourself in need of stabilizing liquid, you won't do better going anyplace else

Service quality is second to none. For me to order product on a Thursday have it shipped from Texas to Canada and arrive on Monday exactly as ordered, and properly packaged it just can't get any better than this. It means I can order what I need and not have to worry about storing a bunch of product or worry about expiry dates etc. knowing if I need more it is a short window to receive it is great. Fred

 I bought some Cactus Juice a couple of years ago and somehow misplaced the activator. Also in talking to Curtis I mentioned that I had a pint of Cactus Juice that I thought would be too old to use. He told me how to test it. I did so, and it was perfect. Received my activator two days later and was able to get started on my projects. What great customer service.

I recently purchased JB Royal resin from TurnTex. I found that they had inadvertently shipped the Thin Resin Hardener with the Original Resin. Upon contacting Curtis, he and Gaige moved at incredible speed to correct the issue. I was contacted directly by both of them with profuse apologies. They offered to send the correct hardener. I ordered extra resin and had them just switch the hardeners. The package arrived promptly. Gaige also offered a bonus to make up for the error (which happens, but only rarely with this team!)

I love the products and the service. These folks know how to run a small business and to support other makers and creators. 

I recently purchased the new and improved Cactus Juice. It is improved and seems to bleed out a lot less than the previous version. I also had no issues mixing with the older cactus juice I had. This is one terrific product for stabilizing and coloring soft woods.

Been ordering from Curtis and TurnTex for a couple of years. I have never had a problem with an order and due to my proximity to TurnTex, I can typically get my orders the next day, but that only happens because of the quick processing by the TurnTex team! While I have not had a serious issue I have seen many post on various Social Media post where peple have had issues with their Cactus Juice and Curtis has always made it right...99.99% of these situations, the problem was due to no fault of him or his product but simply user error... but he still made it right! can't find customer service like that anywhere!
