Great experience! This statement is not said lightly. We ordered the tube and received it as promised. Had a question about the item and due to a problem that is totally my fault needed help fixing it. Spoke with Mr. Seebeck on the phone and he helped resolve the problem. He did not have to do anything but went out of his way to help us get up and running with the new chamber. Very, very pleased with the product and service experienced with this company and it’s owner. The educational material regarding how to start stabilizing wood and picking a pump was also fantastic for newbies. Really saved us alot of time and money. Thank you for all you do!

I have purchased Resin from  Turn Tex multiple times and also purchased Catus Juice as well. Its always good service and fast shipping. This new order of Resin will be used in a class I am going to teach for my wood working group this month.

Received my order in just three days here in Indiana and one of them was a weekend. Turn Tex has great info with their videos!

I will be the first to admit that I don't have much patience but this takes way to long. My first batch I cooked in the oven for 24 hrs. and then started the vacuum. It vacuumed for 24.5 hrs. and I gave up waiting. There were still bubbles coming up so I figured I did something wrong, live and learn! My second batch, again, 24 hrs. in the oven and then the vacuum after the cool down. Its deja vu all over again! After 26 hrs. I still have bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles. I turn the vacuum off and let it soak. I can't do this, takes too long. 

Can't say enough about the willingness of TurnTex to offer their help. This is an uncommon attitude in the business world today, unfortunately.

I recently made my first purchase and the service was excellent. I ordered 4 gal of stabilizing resin and a pump saver. The pump saver is built great, the resin works like a gem, couldn't ask for more. Will be coming back for more soon!

I'm a repeat customer for the Cactus Juice stabilizing resin, which continues to please.  I also purchased a vacuum chamber plumbing kit and lid for building a bigger vacuum chamber, and these products made it easy.

 

I also love that Curtis answers the phone personally and helps to quickly resolve any issues and answer questions.

Cactus Juice is so perfect at stabilizing wood that it has become an industry standard. The company's customer service goes far above and beyond. Great instructions and tutorial videos, fantastic customer service, and the best prices out there. It's pretty amazing that someoe out there really tries.

The cactus juice is great stuff and with the dyes makes great stabilized wood or what ever else you need stabilized. Shipping is super fast.

I recently ordered a number of wood stabilizing items. My order was processed promptly and shipped quickly. There was an great instruction sheet enclosed as well. I have a tendency to vote with my wallet and if I'm not satisfied I go elsewhere. These folks will have my business for a long time.

Secondly, when I first looked into stabilizing, I've visited many forms and watch numerous videos; surprisingly,  no one and I mean no one recommended any other product. In all honesty, I bought cactus juice with ease in my mind that it is going to work, and what do you know, it really does.

I'm a serious woodturner, and have gone through my first quart of Cactus juice already, so I ordered the two gallon unit at a volume discount. Since it comes un-catalized, I can set the other gallon aside and wait until it's need. My wife suggested I try to sell it to another member of our local Club, but I might need the second gallon for myself!! LOL  The order came poackaged well, and is an acceptable amount of time. There was no leakage from either jug. I'm very happy with my purchase, and will order from TurnTex again. They have several products besides the Cactus Juice that I use, like dyes for coloring the Juice.

I am just starting to stabilize wood and add alumilite to my turnings.  I found the TurnTex website very helpful in getting me going and their prices are very competitive.  I will definitely order more supplies from them in the future.

I am a small business owner/sole proprietor of Rush Custom Callers. I hand turn and tune individual game calls one at a time on my lathe. I cover a large genre in what I call my audible arsenal of game calls. Covering water fowl (duck/goose), whitetail deer, predator, and turkey. I often use cactus juice and alumilite clear for many of my game calls. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of use with these products and how durable they are. I was most impressed with how well the alumilite mates to the surface of the stabilized wood while turning on the lathe after casting. Very durable!!

Curtis, as always was able to be reached directly for questions prior to my order. Amazingly fast turnaround on my chamber and Cactus Juice. Chamber quality is top notch, and though I consider myself handy, it’s beyond what I’d have done for not much more than the cost of parts.

My wife bought me a vacuum chamber from you for my birthday. The order number was 29457.

I placed my order, within a couple hours it was shipped.  That is amazing service.  I’ve heard a lot about cactus juice but never tried it.  I am getting together with a small group of Women turners and we are going to give it a test.  I’m sure we will be happy with the product.

The  Cactus Juice works like a charm. Soft punky wood us a thing of the past. Curtis is just awesome.  He answered all my questions (sorry Curtis) promptly thru private email. Customer service is spot on!

The stabilizing chamber came with everything need to start your project (you can find a decent pump on Amazon). I was up and running in about 10 minutes. You will not find a better stabilizing chamber anywhere. 

I ordered a gallon of juice yesterday.. Came UPS TODAY. I know I am in Texas, and so are they, but that is just 

amazing customer service... Curtis strikes again...

I ordered the vacuum chamber to begin with and then decided it would be a good idea to order the pump saver before I attempted the stabilizing process. It's a good thing I did - I ran my first batch through yesterday, by following the instruction booklet. The pump saver caught what would have been in my pump right off the bat, but everything else went well I think from there.. Instructions in the booklet were excellent. I stabilized some walnut that had been in a barn for years and years and was given to me when the owner passed away. It had been in my basement shop for several more years.  I really like the look of walnut pen blanks, but I've had a couple crack before thinking that stabilizing might be a good idea. The process took longer than I had hoped, but I think it went well. I emailed Curtis and he recommended soaking the blanks for a week or so after stabilizing, (since they are walnut) so they're still sitting in he chamber soaking. I would recommend these guys for everything. The chamber and everything that goes with it is excellent and easy to use with the instructions being so complete. They are excellent in responding to any questions you might have if you don't see your question on the website. 

I purchased some cactus juice for the first time and the service is top of the line. I recieved the package within a few days and loved the detailed instructions given. I will purchase more products from this company!

Just ordered my second gallon of stabilizer. As before it arrived on time and in good condition. I am really enjoying cleaning out my wood handle scale drawers and getting familiar with this process.

I have been hording beautiful woods for several years. Being able to use some guestionable pieces has got my enthusiasm up and I have been running a good deal through the stabilizing process. And, it's fun.
