Alumilite Casting Resources

This video will take you through the complete process of casting and making a red, white, and blue pen with Alumilite White.  Proper measuring, mixing, and splitting the mixed resin to add different colors of dyes is shown.  Molds, pressure pots, mixing cups, and utensils are discussed.  Finally, the cast block is cut into pen blanks, drilled, tubed, and turned on a lathe to make a complete pen.
