I have been ordering Cactus Juice off and on for several years now.  It works great. My most recent order was shipped out the next day. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery which the shipping department handled efficiently and professionally. I couldn't ask for a better product or service.

I bought 4 bottles of Fireball Red and put it I 1 gallon of CJ expecting it to turn some dry maple red. It turned out pink instead. Any suggestions?

Just to let everyone know if they don't already; Curtis and his crew are a great group if people to deal with. He has awesome products and customer service that goes above and beyond. For example: I had selected the wrong color dye on my order, contacted Curtis on FB and boom fixed. Cannot recommend them enough.

Cactus Juice is a great product and the company provides excellent service.

I received my Vacuum Stabilizing Chamber a few weeks ago. it was ready to go right out of the box. I hooked up the cheap Harbor Frieght vaccumn pump and have been doing a batch of wood every day. 

Curtis special order a dye for me and Gaige was super flexible in adding an item to my order after it was packed.  Thank you again guys.

TurnTex Woodworks went above and beyond on my order. After doing considerable research and asking questions I ordered a stabilizing chamber and and Cactus Juice. When my order arrived it was exactly what I ordered PLUS a size larger, note explained a production error, they could have just as easily pushed my order back into production and sent the larger unit to someone else. Top notch company with top notch service. I look forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

Turn Tex Woodworks is a great company to do business with.  I have several of their products now and am totally pleased with their quality.   Curtis is very knowledgeable about the stabilizing and casting process and is very willing to share and help in anyway that he can.

Having used Cactus Juice in the past, I knew Turntex offered Alumilite in the smaller 8 pound size.  I don't pour as much as I used to, so this size was perfect.  Super fast shipping, and now I'm going to get my Alumilite from Curtis from this day forward.

WOW!!! When I initialled placed my order this item was out of stock. But...there was a message that said that if I wanted to be notified when they were ready for shipment TurnTex would notify me. Needless to say others had promised the same thing. I got an email from TurnTex letting me know they were ready for shipment and all I had to do was put in my payment info. As promised I received my saver and it's nicely built and look very sturdy. I'll be using it very soon.

Out here in West Texas, when every customer transaction is excellent,  the highest compliment is giving the seller a great big "atta boy"  Turntex gets a great big "atta boy" on all my dealings with them.  For those who that aren't familiar with that expression, just call it A+.

I've been a pen turner for a couple of years and I just got started this month with stabilizing and alumilite casting blanks. I'm finding all kinds of wood,cactus, and everything else to stabilize and cast. I love these products I purchased and will be purchasing more in the future. Very happy Canadian knife maker ! have been looking for stabilizing solution for a while not much info or products for Canadians out there . took the jump and am very happy, I got alumilite and dye as well , shipping was fast and had no problems ! will order larger amounts knowing that had no problems getting it up here in Canada.     Thanks Curtis 

To say I am thrilled with this item would be an understatement.  I tried a different product I got off Amazon and was not happy with it.  I casually mentioned the Oven Tamer to Curtis while talking about a Cactus Juice order and he built me one within a day.  Setting up it was super simple, hook it up to the oven, plug it it and push one button and wait.  A half hour later it was ready.  It is amazingly accurate.  The oven by itself stayed in a 50 degree range, with the Amazon product it stayed in a 30 degree range.  With the Oven Tamer set at 200 degrees it dropped as low as 199.1 degrees and soared to 200.9 degrees.  I admit one time it did get to 201.3 degrees but only once. 

I go through a minimum of 4 gals of Alumilte Slow a month. I love this product. I buy the 80#. Curtis and his team ship out immediately and it always arrives in great condition and within a couple days. Curtis can answer any question you could possibly have and is always very courteous. In my opinion Alumilite Slow if the best product fo resin casting. Processes quickly, turns great. The price point when you buy the 80# is fantastic. Thanks a lot! Sue Meyers

The intro is really all I need to say, service was great, and my order was processed very quickly, I was immediately impressed, as I was very excited to get my hands on some cactus juice and give it a try. Since receiving it I have had a great time learning to stabilize different things, and I will have my first knives made with self-stabilized wood and hybrid wood scales finished in the next few days! 

Bought a chamber and some resin. Was late coming out but once it got to me, I was pleased. Only tried it twice so far but as best I can tell it’s a sturdy, good quality system with great instructions. 

The product was packed well and delivered in an incredibly fast time from my perspective. Glad the dyes were bagged in a plastic bag though. The lids were loose on several bottles packed as a group in one bag. As a result, the dyes leaked out a little( not huge loss) but enough to coat inside of bag and require a clean up. Might benefit from adding a foil seal to bottles to avoid leaks. Glad they wash off in water. Was able to begin learning and experimenting over the weekend. Plan on ordering more as time goes by. Thank you. 

My Comments:  This was for Alumilite Dyes which we are just a retailer of and do not package ourselves.  Unfortunately we have no control over how they are bottled.

I have ordered Alumilite from several places. You without a doubt are the fastest to respond. Also packed better than the others. I have had a couple of issues of leakage with other companies. Not you. You have a life time customer in me. Thanks again.

About 2 weeks ago, I ordered Alumilite Clear Slow from TurnTex.  The materials arrived quickly and well-packed.  The invoice had a handwritten Thank You, which is a lovely touch in this day & age.
