Seen a lot since purchasing my 4" x 14" vacuum chamber and CJ in 2013. Same quality and service as then and feel all the love still in all the products Curtis is associated with. It saddens Me when I read posts from wannabe competitors bad mouthing TurnTex products. Curtis you are The Godfather of wood stabilizing and if not for you I would still be sending pen blanks to Arizona and waiting 2 months like was the case in the years before CJ. Now with the 6" x 14" Big Brother I can stabilize and dye my box blanks so I can learn to thread chase. Thanks again Curtis.

Great service. The packaging is clean and simple. And the delivery is prompt. And i got a sticker and a nice pamphlet. 

I have been using Turntex Cactus Juice and vacuum chamber products/accessories for approximately two years.  Cactus Juice is extremely effective at making worthless wood usable and I am extremely satisfied with the vacuum chamber and accessories that I have purchased.  In addition, customer service is quick, responsive, and they stand behind their product.  I highly recommend this company and their products.

I own a resin - wood turning business. Curtis's Turntex company offers almost everything I use for my business. Cactus Juice - Alumilite - dyes - you name it! I for one have used Turntex now for about 2 years and I am so glad I found them. Need advice on something? Curtis is the man! I once explained to him my issue and within 15 seconds,, he gave me the problem and the answer to help me.. You think you can get this anywhere? For me,,, Turntex is the only way to go! NEXT?

After extensive testing, I can only say that there is no comparable resin in Europe to stabilize wood! Just perfect!

We ordered Alumilite from TurnTex and are very pleased. Delivery was unexpectedly fast, next day. The turn around was fantastic and we're very happy with the product. The website was also very easy to navigate with plenty of product information. Thank you.

Worked on some knives with our youth group, we ordered the knife blanks already made due to limited tools. But they all got to pick their own wood to make scales out of and we used this stuff to make some great custom scales. Gave them more to do as part of the project to make it feel like it was really their own knife they made. Worked as planned and polished up beautifuly.

Earlier this year I bought a stabilizer chamber from Turntex. My goal was to discover if it would be possible to ad another facet to my farming business. It was. Curtis helped and guided me through the acquisition process and has been helping me through learning how to use the chamber and complete my setup. I am now able to expand a relatively small farming and forestry business into something bigger, by using my available resources better. Easy, fast and helpful what else can you ask for?!

I'm a first-time user of Cactus Juice.  I've been stabilizing small handle blanks and partially-turned bowls.  

I bought a medium-sized vacuum chamber and pump saver from Curtis.  The hardware and juice arrived exactly as expected, and worked better than I expected.  I am sold on this process and will certainly enjoy experimenting from here on out.  I've recently also ordered some colored dyes - to learn a bit about that as well.  

I found the learning materials on the TurnTex site to be very thorough and informative - that says a lot coming from me, I'm an Engineer and "details matter to me".  :-)

  Turntex has certainly passed the time test. Some products and company's seem to break down over time. The product does not live up to the claims or the business becomes distant from the costumer. At Turntex that is not the case. The products maintain a superior quality. The personal attention that Curtis and Gage demonstrate is 5 star. It seems that customer satisfaction and success are more important than profits. I appreciate their constancy and personal attention.

I recently purchased the Pump Saver for my set-up and I found it to be very well constructed and appeared to be top notch. Sometimes it is the little things that give you the sense of company pride. In this case, it was the raised, painted logo on the side of the Pump Saver...it just added a little more class to a relatively simple piece of equipment...very well done!

This is a great solution for stabilizing REALLY punky wood.  I have used it for driftwood, old (almost rotten) wood, and highly spalted wood.  It has also been great in stabilizing wood prior to pouring in an epoxy hybrid mold.  Great customer service. 

This is my first round trying out Cactus Juice.  So far the info from TurnTes has been spot on, the customer service has been perfect and beyond that, I love supporting a small family owned business.  Especially in these times where it seems like our own government is doing it's best to kill small business and us middle class.  But with companies like this, that's not going to happen, ever.  ;) 

Turn Tex has been a great supplier of Cactus Juice Stabilizing Resin. I use cactus juice for stabilizing wood and deer antler that I use to make custom rings. Without this wonderful product my rings would not have the durability to last as a ring. I really appreciate the customer service Turn Tex provides. Order through Turn Tex and you will not be unsatisfied!

I had an issue with a new, full gallon of cactus juice. I came into my shop one morning and it had siezed up and leaked onto the floor. 

I wrote to Turntex and had a quick answer to find out what had happened. Of course I did not blame them and I don't know what made that happen but they were kind enough to sort out a solution that would suit the both of us. 

I am very happy to confidently recommend them to anyone as even if there is an issue, which was a first for me, they're there to help out.

Every order shipped within 24 hours and product received within four or five days. Great product and can't imagine using anything else. Very satisfied with all the results.

I have placed a couple orders with Turn Tex. Their products( Cactus Juice, dyes, and vacuum chambers) are of the best quality.  What really makes this company though is the customer service I have received. They are always willing to answer questions and give support.   I have seen several others comment on how far Curtis and his team goes even if they have done nothing wrong

This is not the first time I have ordered stabilizing products, and, as always, they did not disappoint. I had received a burl from a pear tree all the way from Greece. Needless to say, this is some rare wood for a guy from WI to get. I stabilized the wood due to some punky parts, and it turned out great.

How ironic you just sent me this email. I just finished hitting the send button on a few questions I had regarding the cactus juice that i sent through your web page. I have used your product in the past and was very satisfied. It may be user error this time, but I am having a difficult time with the curing process. I recently purchased 1/2 gallon of the cactus juice. The activator bottle was less than half full. Is that normal? Once I mixed it , went through the vacumn process, and the cureing process, it did not crystalize as it did in my previous project? Any hints or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

TurnTex's email option for out of stock items is great.  It really works and is convenient.

I've purchased two items now that were originally out of stock when I went to order them online.

I received the email as soon as the items were back in stock and it's great that TurnTex holds the inventory

for you for a period of time.  I've attempted to purchase out of stock items from other companies that said they would email me when the item was back in stock,

only to have the item become unavailable in the few seconds it took me to enter my credit card information. TurnTex is the ONLY company that's held my item.

I had called customer service to try to figure out how I managed to activate my cactus juice while stabilizing. The person I spoke with spent quite a lot of time trying to help me and explaining the process to me. In the end, he sent me a replacement gallon of cactus juice and a couple dyes at no charge. This is a great company that cares about their customers. 

They sure look better in person, then they look on you tube. I would recommend the

Alumilite Glow-In-The Dark Powder and Alumilite Pearlsecent Powder.

This is the first time I have ordered anything from TurnTex and it won't be the last. very happy with the service
