These are Alumilite Dye that were damaged during shipping or had failed seals under the cap.  The dyes leaked and contaminated the others in their bag so the labels will be discolored.  The bottles are 90% full or more but will have a failed seal with possible debris that can easily be picked out.  These are SOLD AS IS with no guarantee, no replacement, and no returns.
