This Personal Cactus Juice Stabilizing Chamber is perfect for the occasional stabilizer who plans to stabilize for their own, low volume use.  This package includes the following:

  • 1-  4x10 Cactus Juice Stabilizing Chamber
    • 4" (101mm) inside diameter, 10" (254mm) inside height
    • Capacity
      • 8-10 pen blanks
      • 3-4 knife blocks
      • 6- 1.5" square x 2.5" bottle stopper blanks in two layers
      • Large hand full of small rocks or slabs
      • This size limits you to a total length of material of 5" to allow the proper headspace in the chamber.

  • 1-  Twist Lock Stability Ring
    • Mounts to your work bench or heavy piece of wood
    • Allows for the chamber to be securely attached with a simple 1/4 turn to lock in place
  • 1-  Gallon Cactus Juice Stabilizing Resin
    • This comes un-activated with a bottle of activator.
  • 3-  2 oz bottles of Cactus Juice Stabilizing Dye in the following colors:
    • Emerald Green
    • Brilliant Blue
    • Aztec Gold
      • I will be happy to substitute your preferred colors if available.  Please make a note in the comment section of the cart with what colors you would prefer and if they are in stock (almost always), we will accommodate you!
  • 1-  50 ml Glass Beaker
    • Used to test your Cactus Juice after a year to make sure it is still curing properly
  • 1-  Oven thermometer
    • Most oven thermostats are off so always keep an oven thermometer in your oven to assure the proper temperature

This premium vacuum chamber is made from a clear plastic material too allow you to see through it to better monitor the stabilizing process.  This chamber is virtually indestructible and maintenance free.  It is impervious to Cactus Juice which allows you to leave the Juice in the chamber as long as you want. 

Includes everything you need to connect to your vacuum pump and be up and running right out of the box including: 

  • Custom designed hand made 4" diameter stabilizing chamber
  • NoFloat pressure fit submersion plate to keep blanks submerged without the use of weights
  • CNC machined lid for ultimate vacuum and durability
  • 2.5" Stainless steel liquid filled vacuum gauge (made in China)
  • Vacuum breaker system with valve (made in China)
  • 72" x 3/16" ID clear vacuum hose with vacuum pump adapter and quick connect fittings (adapter made in China)
  • Integrated thermometer to monitor temperature of the Cactus Juice

NOTE:  Each chamber is individually tested to 99% vacuum.  For use with Cactus Juice Stabilizing Resin.  Use of some other resins or solvents may damage your chamber and void your warranty.

TurnTex, LLC creates the finest quality, durable, and reliable products on the market. As a result, if your JuiceProof Stabilizing Chamber ever breaks down for any reason, simply contact me and I will either send you the parts necessary (such as gauges, hoses, or o-rings) or will send you a label to ship it back to me at my expense.   If it can be fixed, I will fix it and if it can't I'll replace it at no cost to you! This includes the complete chamber and all parts that come with the chamber including the gauge, gasket, hose, and all fittings. I stand by my chambers for a lifetime and since I've been making stabilizing chambers longer than anyone, that's a guarantee you can stand by!

Of course this warranty does not cover discoloration or damage due to misuse, abuse, or use of chemicals other than heat cured stabilizing resins like Cactus Juice.

This warranty if fully transferable and retroactive to any JuiceProof Chamber I have made!
